Vintage I.Magnin & Co cloche style hat with studs and rhinestones

Beautiful rainbow colored hat on the I. Magnin & Co label would be hard find today. I've not seen another like it. It's probably circa 1970s. I. Magnin opened in 1939 and I believe the I. Magnin stores went out of business around the mid 1990s. I have lovely memories of shopping at I. Magnin on Wilshire Boulevard in Los Angeles in the 1960s. I do not know which I. Magnin store this hat came from.

The outer fabric is studded with gold-tone studs, multi-colored studs, and clear rhinestones. The lining inside the hat is a silky like fabric in a cream color.

It 's in very good plus condition and there are no missing studs or rhinestones.
