Carole would look pretty in any hat or outfit, but I chose this colorful one and did some "painting" in of the scarf because the original didn't view well. Someone wanted to teach me photoshop and I have the software, but it is much more complicated and so I used limited tools to create this little bit of "fluff fun" for the day. The many hats that Carole has worn have not all been of the fabric and flowers kind.
So Carole has been one busy lady in her life and she has been admired for her tenacity to stay with things when they got difficult and to remain a friend to many through her life. She has been loved for all these reasons and her life is a full one. It runs in the family, as her cousin Diana has also worn many hats and had a full life. I will see what I can do for her on my next "fluffy fun" time when one just gets silly and goes back to their paperdoll days. I think that is one reason we loved the vintage 16 Magazines so much. Their covers were fun and they would put those big heads on stick bodies, on roller coasters and in swimming pools and on cars. So it's nothing new to just have fun...we have been doing it for decades.
